In beauty since 2007 and 11 years as a marketer, I've worked with some of the world's biggest brands and finest startups to grow their businesses online. With a focus on beauty, fragrance and lifestyle, my experience includes delivering digital campaigns for fashion, finance and highly regulated sectors.

Having built highly successful digital marketing teams across paid media, content, PR and SEO. Alongside my passion for growth marketing, I've been a web developer since age 13 and pride myself on being able to implement strategies either myself or up-skilling members of existing teams. Hands-on, always.

My belief is in sustainable and profitable growth using clever, cost-benefit appropriate solutions with data at their heart. But sustainability shouldn't hamper speed; the approach is always to bolster immediate growth through paid media strategy, whilst quickly building on owned and earned channels to reduce paid media reliance; using enterprise-level data strategies even at startup scale.
